Spinach and mushroom (veggie)
(Spinach, mushroom, ricotta, Parmesan, sesame seeds, eggs, milk, heavy cream)

Onions (veggie)
(caramelized onions, thyme, Gruyere Swiss cheese, black olives, eggs, milk, heavy cream)

Gluten Free will be available for Lorraine and Onions only

Slice + salad* = $7 (Gluten Free: $8)

*Salad: Organic green salad + homemade balsamic vinaigrette (organic extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, herbs)

Our ingredients:

All of our doughs are blind-baked.
We use organic ingredients: flour, butter, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, milk,
heavy cream and sugar.
Our vegetables are locally-sourced and organic as much as possible.
Our gluten-free option uses Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free flour.
