For my last order, Clementine helped me doing seven dozen of mini quiches. It was for a wedding. She was wonderful and very focused.
Unfortunately, I have decided to stop doing quiches. It was a great experience, very tiring. During this time, I missed diners with friends, trying new recipes and more of that my kiddos.
I prefer to keep this as a hobby. I still love eating mini quiches which are my favorite but I am not sure when I will do some 🙂
