Breakfast with Jalapeño/bacon quiche and mini onions and lorraine quiches

Christmas Spirit is everywhere.

With my friend Rebecca, we did Saltine Toffee cookies for our friends at Tippett Studio on Monday. I did a new flavor to taste: Jalapeño quiche. It was excellent, not too much hot. I will work on another version much more. I did mini quiches: gluten free and not. There were so cute and they are very fun to make. It feel so nice to have Christmas around the corner.
Of course, no body could resist to the Saltine Toffee Cookies!

  1. We had the most beautiful caramelized onion quiche and it was delicious with a lovely buttery crust and exquisite taste! These would make great gifts for a fellow foodie.
