Special help for my last order

For my last order, Clementine helped me doing seven dozen of mini quiches. It was for a wedding. She was wonderful and very focused.
Unfortunately, I have decided to stop doing quiches. It was a great experience, very tiring. During this time, I missed diners with friends, trying new recipes and more of that my kiddos.
I prefer to keep this as a hobby. I still love eating mini quiches which are my favorite but I am not sure when I will do some :)

Summer is coming

My last pop up was a very nice one. People enjoyed the patio and loved the quiches: Lorraine, Leek and Turkey bacon, Turkey and Mushrooms, Onions and some Gluten Free. Unfortunately, I am going to take a break from big events like the Farmers market or Pop up to spend more time with my family. I am going to miss you. But please, call me if you need a quiche. Pop up every Wednesday

Hi there,

Starting May 7th, I will provide lunch every Wednesday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm at:
Kitchen on 10th  2530-10th St Ste 3 Berkeley, CA 94710

I am very excited about it. For now, I am planning to do it for 2 months. I will serve slice of quiche with organic green salad for $7.

My first Framers’ Market in Kensington

Hi all,

Yesterday, Sunday February 16th, I did my first Farmers’ market in Kensington.
I did great but I really need to be more organized and efficient.
I sold out all of my quiches.
I wouldn’t have been able to make it without my husband, Pascale and Francois, a friend of Pascale’s.
Thanks a lot to everyone who was able to come and thanks for all of the encouragements.

This Sunday, February 16th: Quiche Marie at Farmers Market at Kengsington

Hi All,
The quiche business is getting official!
I now have a business license, a commercial kitchen, I also got some cool sandwich board signs and banner.

In addition to taking orders by email/phone,  Quiche Marie will now also be at the Farmers’ market in Kensington this coming Sunday February 16th!

The market is located on Oakview Avenue between Colusa Circle and Santa Fe Avenue in Kensington. It runs from 10 am to 2 pm.

Breakfast with Jalapeño/bacon quiche and mini onions and lorraine quiches

Christmas Spirit is everywhere.

With my friend Rebecca, we did Saltine Toffee cookies for our friends at Tippett Studio on Monday. I did a new flavor to taste: Jalapeño quiche. It was excellent, not too much hot. I will work on another version much more. I did mini quiches: gluten free and not. There were so cute and they are very fun to make. It feel so nice to have Christmas around the corner.
Of course, no body could resist to the Saltine Toffee Cookies!
